The second quarter of 2022 saw notable trends for the top 5 real-time strategy apps on iOS in the United Kingdom. Here’s a breakdown of their performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

Clash Royale from Supercell maintained a strong presence with weekly revenue fluctuating between approximately $53K to $235K. The app saw peak weekly downloads of around 23K in early April, while active users ranged from about 742K to 951K, showing a steady engagement throughout the quarter.

Army Commander by Lion Studios experienced a decline in weekly downloads from 25K at the start of April to around 2.5K by the end of June. Weekly revenue also saw a downward trend, starting at roughly $2K and dropping to $398. Active users mirrored this trend, decreasing from 53K to approximately 18K.

State Connect: Traffic Control published by AI Games FZ, showed a mixed performance. Weekly downloads peaked at 14.6K mid-April and then fluctuated, ending the quarter at around 5.8K. Revenue remained relatively low, with a high of $1.2K at the end of April. Active users peaked at nearly 30K in mid-April but then dropped to around 11.5K by the end of June.

GUNS UP ! Mobile War Strategy from NHN Corp. saw its highest weekly downloads in mid-April at around 11.4K, but this figure dropped significantly to just 458 by the end of June. Revenue followed a similar pattern, peaking at $5.9K in early May and then decreasing to around $3K. Active users fluctuated, peaking at 14.3K in late April and ending the quarter at approximately 4.5K.

Lastly, Mob Control by Voodoo showed a positive trend in weekly downloads, starting at 369 and rising to over 4.5K by the end of June. Revenue also increased steadily, from $145 at the end of March to $582 by the end of June. Active users saw consistent growth, starting at 8K and reaching over 10K by the end of the quarter.
